FEATURES&BENEFITS
The tapered drill bits with diameter32mm to 36mm are widely used in mining and quarrying, with the advantages of higher driving efficiency, long service life, better powder exhausting and easier bit back, which combine well anti-wear and anti-impact carbide butttons and high-performance steel together.
With new manufacturing techniques, our cemented carbide has gained greater density and a more homogenous structure. Toughness has been increased without compromising. The exceedingly high wear resistance-making the material stronger without sacrificing its hardness. The gauge buttons of a drill bits are exposed to axial forces. Our former cemented carbides have always been able to handle that type of load with minimum risk of breakage. When the bits wears, the load angle changes and the risk for button breakage increases. The newly developed cemented carbide has significantly higher resistance to that type failure.
